To Order
Place all orders via fax (1-918-663-7439) or e-mail (sales@abengraving.com). When placing orders please specify if you want text in upper or lower case, and include color, size, backing and logo information. Please type or print all information for fax orders. A&B will produce orders exactly as they appear in the fax or e-mail unless we are notified by same of needed changes. Verbal orders will not be accepted. Paper proofs of most orders can be provided at a minimal charge.

Delivery
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders or materials. Same Day or Rush is available for an additional charge.

Shipping Information
All merchandise will be shipped via UPS ground F.O.B. our location. Faster shipping methods are available to meet delivery schedules.
